=> Go to www.myspace.com .

=> Click on "Sign Up" (this button will be in
the Log In box next to "Log In" under the username and password
boxes).

=> Fill in the required fields on the next page. . .. You will be
providing an email address, so make sure it is an address that works.

=> Optional - Upload a photo, and after you've submitted a photo you will be
presented with a screen to invite your friends. You may skip
this step if you choose.

That's it for signing up!

Now, you have to add "Tom Antion" as your friend

=> Go to the toolbar in blue at the top of your screen
click "Search" and type 'Tom Antion'.

=> When his profile appears at the top of the list, click on the link

In a moment this will take you to Tom's pretty blue profile

=> Look under his picture at the top left of his page, and there
is an area called "Contacting Tom" Click "add to friends" then confirm that
you really want to do it and a Friend Request will be automatically sent to Tom Antion.

(Don't confuse Tom Antion with "Tom" the owner of myspace who is always listed as your first friend)

=> After you make a friend request to add Tom, then you will
send him a personal message so he can send you the link to your audio training.

Here's how you send Tom Antion a personal message:

=> In the same box where you clicked "add to friends" you will see a
link "send a message"

=> Click the "send a message" link and then send me a message telling me you
made a friend request. Put 'Send me my training" in the subject line. I will then send you the link to the recording.
