Get busy and start creating loyalty programs, like chat, discussion,
frequent buyer, etc. and do a stellar job of customer service.

which was chargebacks from unhappy customers.

placement game. Overture (formerly Goto.com) has been sued by some
companies citing deceptive advertising practices. -- Sure is
